Since 2008, we’ve placed more than 10,000 professionals across financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, government, automotive, retail, and media. Industries where standards are uncommonly high and the margin for mishires is thin.
The work is specific. Placing the right people in the right positions is the key to outstanding business outcomes, and we organize every engagement around that belief.
How we measure a placement.
Most staffing firms measure success by contracts closed and seats filled. FOURANS doesn’t. The number we run the firm on is whether a placement is still working twelve months in: whether the consultant is delivering, whether the client is still glad they hired us, and whether the engagement is on track to renew.
Every placement is a person whose career we’re shaping and a client trusting us with the work. That dual responsibility shapes how we evaluate roles, how we screen consultants, and how we run the engagement after the requisition closes.
It also means saying no. We turn down engagements where the rate, the role, or the timeline make a quality match impossible. We’ve grown more slowly than firms willing to take any contract. The certifications, the client tenure, and the consultants who keep coming back to us are what we have to show for it.
The contract closing isn’t the win. The placement working twelve months in is.
