Administrative Assistant (Trenton, NJ)

Providing necessary support to the HR Director, reviewing and verifying documents; reviewing and checking assigned reports, and other documents for corrections and completeness; referring problems to a lead worker or supervisor for resolution; opening, date stamping, sorting, and distributing mail; maintaining prepared mailing lists; sorting, indexing, and filing all documents and other materials, numerically, or alphabetically in order to maintain such files; assembling materials for distribution; providing general, routine information in person and over the telephone; referring complicated or non-routine inquiries to appropriate staff, maintaining a schedule of meetings and the daily engagement calendar, faxing pertinent and/or necessary information; assisting in requisitioning, operating various types of office and mail processing machines such as keyboard equipment, calculators, computer printers, sorter, photo-copier, fax machine; scheduling interviews; making appointments for new hires to complete the application packets and be fingerprinted for employment; accessing PMIS to look-up employee information requested by supervisors; and inputting data into the Position Control system for leave requests.

Sr. Network Engineer

Looking for a CCIE certified person (Must have passed both Written and Lab). Should have thorough knowledge of MPLS, OSPF & BGP. CISCO CRS-1 expertise preferred. BS/MS in CS/EE. Person needs to have atleast 8 years of extensive hands on experience with router configurations.

Network Engineer:

This job requires a CURRENT and VALID CCNA or CCNP certification. PTE requires good knowledge of WAN as well as Network design, Routing, DNS, IP Subneting, TCP/IP protocol, (BGP, OSFP, RIP, and EIGRP). Troubleshooting and Configuration of RIPv1, RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, VLAN, VTP, NAT, Spanning Tree, trunking, ISL, SPAN AND RSPAN on various platform and troubleshooting crashes of switches and routers required.

Data Entry Operator(Newark, NJ)

Required to perform Data Entry of multiple dwelling registrations into new computer system called RIMS. Skills Required: ability to adapt to new computer program, ability to accurately data entry information. Skills Preferred: punctual, good work ethic. Experience Required: Data entry experience

Lead Java Developer

  • 5+ years of web database application development experience using MVC Architecture
  • Must have experience developing with Spring framework and Hybernate
  • 3+ years of experience using JSP, Servlets, Beans, EJBs, J2EE, XML
  • 5+ years of Oracle SQL and PLSQL experience
  • Desired: Experience using Tomcat, Apache, Oracle 9i AS or Oracle 10G Application Server, Web Logic
  • MS in Computer Science from US University is highly preferred

Project Manager

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans and work breakdown structures across all phases of the project and managing to that plan. Project scope includes offer definition, technical solution definition, operations infrastructure, systems and tools development, and the development of a scalable infrastructure to support the offer. Must be able to develop and document process changes as needed, track and report on metrics weekly, and manage to project budget. PMP & PMI certifications preferred.

Receptionist (Vineland, NJ)

Receptionist Under the direction of a supervisory officer, receives callers, provides them with information, schedules appointments, and acts as liaison between department personnel and callers; does related work as required. Receives callers, determines their reasons for visiting the office, provides them with the required information according to department procedures and, as is possible, sees that the desired objectives are achieved. Notifies department personnel of callers’ names and other relevant information and, when so instructed, schedules appointments. Weighs, seals and stamps outgoing mail and packages receives, sorts and distributes incoming letters, packages and other office communication. Keep simple records and files. Performs other clerical duties as required.
